As well as my psychological thrillers and the Carnivia trilogy, I’ve also written novels around food-based themes, often with a historical setting. These are very different to my thrillers, in tone at least – they’re sensual, romantic, sometimes even comedic. To keep them separate, I publish them under the pseudonym Anthony Capella.
